What are your opening times?
- Standard studio hours are 9:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, visitation and custom order requests by appointment only.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal plus all major debit and credit cards, through the PayPal service. You do not need to sign up to PayPal if you just want to use your card. For further details please see our terms and conditions.
Is it possible to order larger quantities than you have listed in your store?
Some of our items in store are One Of a Kind or Limited runs, and for these they are first come first serve, and are marked in the descriptions so that you know they are limited. Most of the items in store however can be made up into larger quantities to order, so if you require a larger quantity than we have listed, please contact us with the design you are after and how many you need, and we’ll do our best to accomodate. If you miss out on a piece you love, let us know as we can usually make something similar up specifically for you instead.
Do you sell outside of the UK (internationally)?
We currently sell worldwide to most countries. There are some restrictions in place for products containing natural materials (preseverd foliage) due to customs and environmental regulations, and these products are therefore limited to the UK, USA, Canada and Western Europe. If you are unsure or unable to select your country at the checkout, please feel free to contact us.
Can I get my item gift wrapped?
All of our items are packaged beautifully in soft pastel tissue paper packages tied up with string, before they are packaged safely away in their travel packaging. But if you want that something extra, we are currently looking into providing a gift wrapping service, with special handprinted papers, tags, and accessories so keep a look out for further updates coming soon!
Delivery & Returns
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Our current processing times are as follows:
- For “Standard” (off the shelf) orders processing times are 1-2 working days.
- For “Made to Order” items currently listed in the store processing times are 5-7 working days.
- For “Custom & Personalised Orders” the processing time will be communicated to the customer when placing the order.
When will my order arrive?
- United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 4-7 business days
- North America: 2-3 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Please note these times are estimated on the average time it takes for our parcels to get to our customers. On the odd occassions, the timescales may vary due to delays at customs, forces of nature (e.g. snow storms), busy parcel seasons (e.g. the run up to Christmas) or industrial action. These are unfortunately out of our control, however where possible we will update you with any information recieved that may impact on the delivery schedule.
If you need your order quicker, please let us know prior to placing the order, and we can arrange upgraded shipping options for you (price varies), where possible.
How much is delivery?
Price of delivery is calculated on weight and size of package per order, and can be viewed at the checkout prior to purchase. We aim to provide you with the safest and fastest delivery possible, whilst maintaining the lowest cost to you.
For UK deliveries we currently use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for orders under £20.00, Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class for orders of £20.01 – £70.00 and Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm for orders over £70.00.
For International deliveries we currently use Royal Mail Airmail for orders under £20.00, and Royal Mail Airmail Tracked for orders over £20.01+. We currently use DHL Express Services for any International Expedited Upgrades.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Here at Woodland Blossoms we want you to be completely happy with your order and purchase. If, for any reason the item is not as you expected, didn’t suit or doesn’t meet your expectations, you retain the right to cancel and return or exchange your order in part or full within 14 days of receipt (delivery) of your order. If you wish to ammend or cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com or by phoning on 07875 480833. To cancel and return your order, again please contact us by phone or email.

Sizing & Styling
How do I know what size crown/headband I need?
General Measurements are below and will fit most people in that catagory. If you are worried about sizing please feel free to contact us, and we can discuss measuring and details further.
- Teen/Adult fits a 21-22″ (54-56cm) circumference head.
- 6-9 years fits a 20-20.5″ (50-53cm) circumference head.
- 3-6 years fits a 18-19.5″ (46-49cm) circumference head.
I have really, really short hair, can I have a crown as a headband instead?
Some of our pieces can be converted to a headband style, so if you’d rather have a headband just contact us, and we’ll see what we can do!
How do I style my new flower crown?
Lots of ways! 😀 Our flower crowns are open at the back to allow for adjustments and different styling options.
The base is made of a maleable wire with two small loops at the ends that can be used in the following ways:
1) Use the ribbons provided to tie back as a crown.
2) Wear to either side, back or front by simply shaping the piece around your head and tuck the ends into your hairstyle.
3) Use bobby/kirby grips or bun pins to pin the headpiece in place.
4) Wear over a blusher veil, or pin a veil with it’s comb underneath the crown at the back.
How do I know what size necklace/bracelet/earring length I need?
Bracelets are generally worn slightly loose around the wrist whilst bangles and cuffs are generally more form fitting. If you measure your wrist with a fabric tape measure (or a piece fo string and then flat against a ruler), you can then check the size guide below for what you need.

|14″||Fits most like a choker|
|16″||Falls around the base of the neck like a collar. On a petite woman it will hit your collarbone while for plus size women it might feel more like a choker.|
|18″||The most popular length, falling just below the throat at the collarbone. This length is popular for adding pendants and are popular with brides.|
|20″||Will fall a few inches below the collarbone and allow a little more breathing room. Perfect for a low, plunging neckline, evening gowns or if you want to wear it over a turtleneck.|
|22″||Falls at or above a low neckline.|
|24″||Falls below any neckline.|
|36″||Common with boho beaded and pearl strands, and will hang below the bosom. They can be worn as a single strand or you can double them for an 18 inch necklace.|
All of our earrings currently are supplied on ear hook wires, however some styles can be converted with stud posts and to clip ons. To find out more please contact us for further details.
Personalised & Custom Orders
How do I arrange a custom order, or ask for a personalisation to an already exisiting item?
I love working with my customers to create something unique and special just for them.
Please feel free to contact me with your ideas, including any pictures of your wedding dress or outfit, flowers and colour theme to helps with our styling advice. Pintrest board links, photos and magazine scans are all welcome! Also hair style ideas and fabric/colour samples if you have them. I can then get back to you with advice, further questions, a mood board and details of rough prices.
If you are then happy to go ahead a quote will be sent over with the deposit (½ total cost) for you to purchase prior to work beginning. Full payment will be due after completion and confirmation from you that you are happy with the item/s.
I send photos and updates throughout the creative process so you can see where your items are up to and make any additions or changes as we go along. Any additional costs due to changes or upgraded materials (such as silver over silver plate) will be explained at the time and will be added onto the final payment if agreed.
Primary contact is through email, however skype/facetime/phone calls can also be arranged, and if you prefer, an appointment at my home studio can also be arranged so you can see the products in person.

Do you have a Newsletter?
Not yet but we are working on it! When it’s ready it will feature news on new collections, promotions and events, and by signing up you can keep up to date on everything that is going on at Woodland Blossoms. We promise that we won’t bombard you with tons of emails and we are currently aiming to send around 1 newsletter a month with the occasional additional small update on any local events going on near you. You will of course be able unsubscribe at any time.
