Ordering & Payment

Payment Options

We currently accept PayPal plus all major debit and credit cards, through the PayPal service. Your financial information stays safe with PayPal. Your credit card and bank account numbers are never shared with online stores, and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.  You can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a paypal account. When you reach the Pay Pal payment gateway in the checkout process, select ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’ from the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

Woodland Blossoms Gift Cards and Coupon Codes can also be redeemed on relevant purchases, according to the terms and conditions of the sale / event coupon / gift card and should be applied at the checkout. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to apply discounts after checkout in any cases where you may have forgotten to use your code. In these instances you can either save your gift card or coupon code for a later date, or cancel your order and reorder your items. Aplogies for an inconvineance.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details provided by the customer are not legitimate and/or the transaction is not authorised.

Stock Availability and Conditions

We ship worldwide and all items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 4:30pm will be processed the following working day.
— UK Express Next Delivery Options are available at the checkout.
— International Express Delivery available on request. Please contact us prior to purchasing, if your requirement is more urgent and we will do what we can to rush your order.
Payment must be recieved in full for your order before it can be processed.Our software should prevent ordering of items that are out of stock, however if the internet gremlins appear and something goes wonky, we will let you know immediately via email. You will be informed on the state of restock of the product ordered, and when it is due to ship. If you prefer not to wait or the item cannot be reproduced we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

One of Kind items are as they state, one of kind, often due to custom colours, limited or vintage foliage, floral or beadwork. It is sometimes possible to make up a similar piece, so if you have missed out on an OOAK item you love, feel free to send over a message to see if I can make something similar up for you!

Due to the nature of the materials I use, and that everything is handmade, there will be small variations in sizes, shapes and colour. This works in the favour for floral creations, as they seem much more realistic. Sets will always be as closely matched as possible, and variations will never detract from the value and integrity of the product. We attempt to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery & Returns

Postage and Delivery

Our current processing times are as follows:

  • For “Standard” (off the shelf) orders processing times are 3-5 working days.
  • For “Made to Order” items currently listed in the store processing times are 2 weeks.
  • For “Custom & Personalised Orders” the processing time will be communicated to the customer when placing the order.

In addition to the above processing times, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 4-7 business days
  • North America: 2-3 weeks
  • Canada: 2-3 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks

Please note these times are estimated on the average time it takes for our parcels to get to our customers. On the odd occassions, the timescales may vary due to delays at customs, forces of nature (e.g. snow storms), busy parcel seasons (e.g. the run up to Christmas) or industrial action. These are unfortunately out of our control, however where possible we will update you with any information recieved that may impact on the delivery schedule.

If you need your order quicker, please let us know prior to placing the order, and we can arrange upgraded shipping options for you (price varies), where possible.

How much is delivery?

Price of delivery is calculated on weight and size of package per order, and can be viewed at the checkout prior to purchase. We aim to provide you with the safest and fastest delivery possible, whilst maintaining the lowest cost to you.

For UK deliveries we currently use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for orders under £20.00, Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class for orders of £20.01 – £70.00 and Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm for orders over £70.00.

For International deliveries we currently use Royal Mail Airmail for orders under £20.00, and Royal Mail Airmail Tracked for orders over £20.01+. We currently use DHL Express Services for any International Expedited Upgrades.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Packaging

All of our floral accessories are beautifully packaged in pastel acid free tissue wraps and all tied up with a bow and tag. Jewellery items are all prettily packaged in either organza bags or boxed up and tied with a bow. Care and attention goes into packaging every order to make sure it is a joy to open! If you’d like a gift message included at no extra cost let us know at the checkout, and a cute little handwritten notecard will be included with your order.

All of our external postal packaging is locally sourced and well crafted to ensure your newly aquired delicate items get to you in one piece. We try to keep waste down to a minimum and use recycled tissue wrap for internal packaging. This packaging can then be recycled once again at your local recycling facility or with the local recycling collections. We are currently looking into new ways to decrease our packaging and making it even more ecologically friendly, whilst maintaining the safety of your purchases.

Returns Policy

Items must be returned within the 14 days (exception granted and extended to 30 days for returns from Australia, New Zealand and Oceania), unless a proof of delay on behalf of the postal carrier is given, at which point eligibility for the extention of contract is at the discretion of Woodland Blossoms. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will no longer be eligble for a refund, however we may (dependant on circumstances) offer an exchange of goods for items returned after 14 days but before 28 days. All items returned must be in a “new” condition and untainted by hairspray or perfume. All items must be returned in with original product packaging including packing slip.Return postage cost is the responsibilty of the buyer except in cases where the item has been sent in error or is faulty. Please ensure items are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. You may wish to use a tracked service to return your items. We can not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit, and any claim thereof is the responsibility of the buyer (sender).These policies apply to all of our products with the following excemptions:

  • Earrings – In compliance with the UK’s Health & Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they were originally faulty.
  • Custom/Personalised Items.
  • Items on Sale

Please note that Woodland Blossoms retains the right to refuse the claim for a return if the item does not comply with the above policy.

Once goods are recieved back, and are confirmed to be in a resaleable condition (with exception to faulty goods), an email will be sent confirming receipt of items and a refund will be processed. All refunds will be issued using the same payment method as that which was originally used to pay for the items. Please note that if you have received the item as a gift, that we are only able to process echanges and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the relevant postage charge for us to re-send it.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unfortuante event that a product has been damaged or appears faulty please email us at info@woodlandblossoms.co.uk. We will arrange further details for the return of the goods to us, and returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the order. Where possible we will replace the item free of charge and also refund your return postage costs, or in the case where it is not possible (personalise/ooak/sale items) a full refund will be issued on return of the items.

Health & Safety

The products detailed on this website unless specifically specified in the product descriptions are not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts.

If you wish to purchase products for use in photo shoots etc for children under the age of 3 we highly recommend full adult supervision, and will accept no responsibilty or liabilty for any injuries sustained.

All metals used are jewelelry and accessories are compliant with EU regulations with regards to EU Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulating the use of nickel, lead and cadmium.

Personal Information and Privacy

We will never share your personal data and information with anyone else, other than to allow us to process your order for example during order payment and shipping. Your payment card details are not held by us at any time. We do not disclose information to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you, for example during shipping. We do not sell customer information to third parties under any circumstances. You do not need an account with this website in order to shop with us.

We shall not be liable in respect of any shortage of or for any failure to supply goods where such shortages or failure is due to acts of God, fire, flood, or other natural disaster, malicious injury, strikes, lock-outs, or other labour troubles, riots, insurrection, war or other reason of like nature not the fault and beyond the control of Rachel Ward trading under Woodland Blossoms. In such circumstances we shall not be liable in respect of any consequential loss to you.
